Obituary of Aaltje (Ali) JONKER

Jonker, Aaltje (Ali) of Enschede NL

December 1, 1943 – March 1, 2024

In His wisdom and time, after a lengthy struggle with cancer, the Lord called Ali Jonker (nee Jaspers), peacefully from her home, in Shelburne, ON on Friday March 1, in her 81st year.

Predeceased by her husband, Albert Jonker and sister Jantje Vink-Petter, (Jake Vink ✞, Clarence Petter ✞).

Cherished mother of James and Cathy Jonker, and Stephanie and Henk Gootjes.

Dear Oma of Tali Jonker, A.J and Beth Jonker, Alison and Jaydon Nijenhuis, Sam Jonker, and Albert Gootjes.

She is survived by and will be missed by her siblings Evert & Renée Jaspers, Diane & John Jonker, and her in-laws Harold (✞) and Grace Jonker, Luke and Ena Jonker, Hilda and Tom (✞) Overbeek, Peter and Henrietta Jonker, George and Henrietta Jonker, Diane and Bert (✞) Niezen, Mary and John Van Eerde, Jenny and Jon (✞) Groen, and Grace Jonker.

The family will receive their friends for visitation at the Orangeville Canadian Reformed Church (55 C-line, Orangeville, ON) on Wednesday March 6, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m.

Funeral service will take place at the Orangeville Canadian Reformed Church (55 C-line, Orangeville, ON) on Thursday March 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Reception following.
